Healthy Relationships:

Making Sense of How to Start Again

Building Self-Trust, Awareness and Healthy Connection

Reconnect with yourself, understand relationship patterns and build greater confidence in healthy connection.

Healthy Relationships is a supportive six-week program for women who want to better understand themselves and their relationships.

Through practical learning, reflection, exercises and conversation with other women, you'll explore your own values and needs, understand relationship patterns and develop a clearer sense of what supports healthy, respectful and secure relationships.

Women who want to reconnect with themselves, better understand their relationship patterns and explore what healthy connection means to them.

You may be reflecting on previous relationship experiences, going through a period of change, or wanting to approach future relationships with greater awareness, clarity and self-trust.

You do not need to be in a relationship or looking for a relationship to take part.

Who this Course is for

Across six weeks, we'll begin by bringing the focus back to you. You'll explore your identity, values, needs and preferences and consider what matters to you before thinking about what you want from a relationship.

We'll look at attachment and relationship patterns and explore why familiar patterns can sometimes pull us towards relationships that may not be right for us. We'll also explore what secure relating can look and feel like in everyday life, including why steadiness, consistency and respect can sometimes feel unfamiliar when previous relationship experiences have looked very different.

We'll explore emotional safety, equality, mutuality, trust, autonomy and reciprocity, alongside needs, boundaries and healthy communication. We'll also look at power and control in relationships and why ordinary relationship advice around communication, boundaries and assertiveness does not always apply when abuse or coercive control is present.

As the program progresses, you'll explore self-trust and discernment, recognising patterns over promises, noticing consistency over time and becoming more confident in seeing relationships as they are rather than what you hope they might become.

Each session will include practical learning, reflection, exercises and supportive group conversation. Building connection and community with other women will be an important part of the program. Sharing personal experiences will always be optional and participants can engage at their own pace.

This is a supportive learning space, not therapy, designed to help women strengthen their understanding of themselves and relationships and feel more confident in their own choices.
