Connie Robinson
Connie Robinson
Connie Robinson is a passionate yoga teacher with more than 25 years of experience supporting people to improve their wellbeing through movement, mindfulness and connection.
Her areas of expertise include Yoga for Healthy Ageing, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Trauma-Informed Yoga, Hatha Yoga Levels 1 and 2, Yoga for Anxiety and Depression, Yoga for Dementia, and Chair Yoga.
Connie believes yoga supports the wellbeing of the whole person, not only the physical body but also our mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Her approach is grounded in compassion, connection and service, encouraging participants to cultivate health, vitality and self-awareness while developing a deeper connection with themselves, others and the world around them.
Through her classes, Connie creates welcoming and supportive environments where women can move at their own pace, reconnect with their bodies, and experience the benefits of mindful movement in a safe and inclusive space.
