Free Recovery Programs to Help You Reset and Rebuild
The Women's Resilience Centre offers free trauma-informed recovery programs designed to support women to reset, rebuild and move forward after domestic abuse and trauma.
Delivered through our secure online platform and led by qualified facilitators, our programs support women nationwide. Through practical tools, connection and structured support, we help women build confidence, independence and wellbeing, at their own pace and in a safe, supportive environment.
Most women rebuild after abuse and trauma without formal recovery support. We're here to help.
When you're ready to reset, rebuild and recover, our programs provide practical tools, supportive connections and evidence-informed pathways to help you move forward with confidence, independence and hope.
Recovery Looks Different for Every Woman
There is no single path to recovery.
Some women join our programs to rebuild confidence and emotional wellbeing. Others are looking to strengthen financial independence, prepare for employment, navigate parenting challenges, or focus on their personal wellbeing and growth.
Recovery is about more than getting through difficult experiences. It is about reconnecting with your strengths, developing practical skills, creating new opportunities and building the future you want for yourself and your family.
The Women's Resilience Centre supports women in the recovery stage through free trauma-informed programs designed to strengthen confidence, wellbeing, connection and independence. Grounded in dignity, choice and empowerment, our programs recognise that every woman's journey is unique.
