Our trauma-informed Client Support Managers provide personalised support to women rebuilding their lives after domestic abuse and trauma. Through compassionate, one-to-one guidance, we help women navigate recovery, strengthen wellbeing, build confidence and move forward with hope.

What to Expect
During your one-to-one sessions, our experienced Client Support Managers will:
Listen with compassion and understanding
Help you identify your unique needs, goals and priorities
Develop a personalised recovery plan tailored to your circumstances
Connect you with appropriate programs, services and resources
Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout your recovery journey
Accessible Anywhere in Australia
The Women's Resilience Centre is a national online service, meaning support is available wherever you live in Australia.
Through secure online appointments, women can access personalised support from the privacy and comfort of their own home, regardless of whether they live in a metropolitan, regional, rural or remote community.

The Emergence Program
Our one-to-one client support is guided by The Emergence Program, a holistic recovery framework that helps women rebuild confidence, wellbeing, relationships, financial stability and independence. The program takes a whole-of-life approach, supporting women to strengthen wellbeing, set goals, reconnect with their strengths and create a brighter future.

Access trauma-informed and culturally safe support.
Feel physically, emotionally and psychologically safe while engaging with our services.
Participate in decisions about your recovery journey and have your voice heard.
Be supported in a way that recognises your strengths, experiences and personal goals.
Receive clear information about our programs, services and available support options.
Have your privacy and confidentiality protected in accordance with our policies and legal obligations.
Be free from discrimination, harassment, bullying or judgement.
Ask questions and receive information in a way that is easy to understand.
Provide feedback, raise concerns or make a complaint without fear of affecting your access to support.

Treat staff, volunteers and other participants with respect and consideration.
Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of others participating in our services.
Participate honestly and actively in your recovery journey to the best of your ability.
Communicate changes to your circumstances or support needs where possible.
Respect service boundaries, program guidelines and agreed expectations.
Attend scheduled appointments or let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Contribute to a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.
Engage with programs and services in a way that supports your wellbeing and the wellbeing of others.
Provide accurate information so we can offer the most appropriate support.
Speak with our team if you are experiencing challenges that may affect your participation, so we can work together to identify appropriate support options.
