Tracey-Lee Hogan is a qualified nutritionist, naturopath, herbalist and homeopath with more than 30 years' experience in natural health, nutrition and education. With a background in biochemistry, she specialises in helping women understand the connection between nutrition, stress and wellbeing. An experienced lecturer, health educator and author of Life After Narcissists: It's Time to Be Happy Again, Tracey-Lee is passionate about translating complex science into practical, evidence-informed strategies that support everyday wellbeing.
